I pitched an idea to Digital Extremes in support of a friend and colleague who was diagnosed with leukemia as well as my wife's father who passed away from leukemia and for all those who have been touched by any sort of cancer.
To show support in game, an accessory item was decided on. I was responsible for initial concepts designs as well as the final in game asset you see here.
